Now you have selected your finishes here are the steps for the 2 Week Resurface Project:
1. To begin we will drain the pool
2. If you have chosen to retile we will then remove all existing tile
3. Check for hollow spots on existing finish
4. We will then tile the pool, if you have chosen to retile
5. Apply bond coat after tile
6. Re-plaster the pool and fill immediately, final payment due upon pool refill
7. We will return for the next 5 days to service for the pool and maintain proper water chemistry
Throughout the course of the 2 week project our team will be onsite, there will be some days where our team will not be on site as we are also working on other projects.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Customer is required to pay 50% deposit towards total invoice for project before project begins, credit card payments carry a 3.4% convenience fee, checks have no additional charge. Final 50% payment due immediately upon pool refill.
PLEASE NOTE:
Complete Pools is not liable for material on customer property, gates and screen doors must remain locked to protect against theft.
Pool refill is customer responsibility, Complete Pools will not be liable for any issues caused by the pool not being filled on time or causing any damage to the new finish through improper water filling. The pool must remain filling and not be turned off until it has reached half-way up the tile line. Failure to do so can result in creating a water line on the new finish.
Complete Pools will not be liable for any damage caused to the pool finish when plastering by Act of God (rain, thunderstorm, hail storm, wind, hurricane).
The first 28 Days are crucial for the protection and longevity of your new surface. Chemical Balance, Brushing and Filtration are among the top 3 categories to pay close attention to. It is very important that chemicals are balanced and proper maintenance is regularly performed, please do not use the pool for the first 7 days.
Do not heat the pool for the first 30 Days.
As part of your resurfacing package Complete Pools will maintain the pool for the first 5 days. To withhold warranty on your surface it is required that your pool water is tested and records are kept, our store is available for this service.
